Splendid Care delivers the following services in the community; personal care, long-term care, live-in, end of life, mental health care, learning disability support, long and short-term care, respite, palliative care as well complex needs. We also supply staff to residential and nursing homes, day centres, hospitals and other establishments that may need supply of health and social care staff.
Our services are aimed at young adults and elderly with all various needs in health and social care. Our staff range from Nurses, Health care assistants, support care workers, befrienders and cleaners.
The services operate 365 days a year and 24hours where that service is needed and no service is considered small. To maintain the high standards, staff have to go through vigorous training and ongoing training whilst supporting them to gain various skills and experience as this enables them to deliver high quality service needed for continuity and longevity. Home care services is tailored to the individual’s needs through assessment and involving the person to attain high satisfaction.
